The base unit securely holds your Moto Q in a visible position on your dash, and the powerful internal speaker and bundled microphone ensures that calls are loud and clear. The base unit provides for a convenient place to hold your Moto Q, but the Moto Qcan be located anywhere in the car and still route calls through the car kit due to the wireless Bluetooth connection between the units.
For a quick plug'n play installation, simply mount the base unit on your dash using the included universal mounting bracket and connect the included car charger. For a neater installation, hardwire the Genius Car kit to your car using the included power adapter. If you car stereo supports phone mute mode, the car stereo will automatically mute when your use the phone.
